11 Then he said to me, ^a“Son of man, these bones are the whole house of Israel. Behold, they say, ‘Our bones are dried up, and ^bour hope is lost; ^cwe are indeed cut off.’

Ezekiel 37:16-19

16 ^d“Son of man, ^etake a stick ^{▼▼Or one piece of wood; also verses 17, 19, 20} and write on it, ‘For ^gJudah, and ^hthe people of Israel associated with him’; then take another stick and write on it, ‘For ⁱJoseph (the stick of ^jEphraim) and all the house of Israel associated with him.’ 17 And ^kjoin them one to another into one stick, that ^lthey may become ^mone in your hand. 18 And when ⁿyour people say to you, ^o‘Will you not tell us what you mean by these?’ 19 say to them, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, I am about to take ^pthe stick of Joseph (that is in the hand of Ephraim) and the tribes of Israel associated with him.
