Ezekiel 37:21-28

21then say to them, Thus says the Lord God: Behold, aI will take the people of Israel from the nations among which they have gone, and will gather them from all around, and bbring them to their own land. 22And cI will make them one nation in the land, on dthe mountains of Israel. And eone king shall be king over them all, and they shall be no longer ftwo nations, and no longer divided into two kingdoms. 23 gThey shall not hdefile themselves anymore iwith their idols and their detestable things, or with any of their transgressions. But jI will save them from all the backslidings

24“My servant mDavid nshall be king over them, and they shall all have oone shepherd. pThey shall walk in my rules and be careful to obey my statutes. 25 qThey shall dwell in the land that I gave to my servant Jacob, where your fathers lived. They and their children and their children’s children shall dwell there rforever, and David my servant shall be their prince sforever. 26 tI will make a covenant of peace with them. It shall be uan everlasting covenant with them. And I will set them in their land

and wmultiply them, and will xset my sanctuary in their midst forevermore.
27 yMy dwelling place shall be with them, zand I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 28Then aathe nations will know that abI am the Lord who sanctifies Israel, when acmy sanctuary is in their midst forevermore.”

Ezekiel 39:25-29

The Lord Will Restore Israel

25Therefore thus says the Lord God: Now adI will restore the fortunes of Jacob and have mercy on aethe whole house of Israel, and afI will be jealous for my holy name. 26They shall agforget their shame and all the treachery they have practiced against me, when ahthey dwell securely in their land with ainone to make them afraid, 27 ajwhen I have brought them back from the peoples and gathered them from their enemieslands, akand through them have vindicated my holiness in the sight of many nations. 28 alThen they shall know that I am the Lord their God, because I sent them into exile among the nations and then assembled them into their own land. I will leave none of them remaining among the nations anymore. 29 amAnd I will not hide my face anymore from them, when anI pour out my Spirit upon the house of Israel, declares the Lord God.”

Hosea 2:19-23

19And I will betroth you to me aoforever. apI will betroth you to me in righteousness and in justice, in steadfast love and in mercy. 20 aqI will betroth you to me in faithfulness. And aryou shall know the Lord.

21 “And asin that day atI will answer, declares the Lord,
I will answer the heavens,
and they shall answer the earth,
22and the earth shall answer the grain, the wine, and the oil,
and they shall answer auJezreel,

23and awI will sow her for myself in the land.
And axI aywill have mercy on No Mercy,

bc‘You are my people’;
and he shall say, ‘You are my God.’”

Joel 3:16-21

16 bdThe Lord roars from Zion,
and beutters his voice from Jerusalem,
bfand the heavens and the earth quake.
But the Lord is bga refuge to his people,
a stronghold to the people of Israel.

The Glorious Future of Judah

17 bh“So you shall know that I am the Lord your God,
biwho dwells in Zion, bjmy holy mountain.
And Jerusalem shall be holy,
and bkstrangers shall never again pass through it.
18 “And in that day
blthe mountains shall drip sweet wine,
and the hills shall flow with milk,
and bmall the streambeds of Judah
shall flow with water;
bnand a fountain shall come forth from the house of the Lord
and water the Valley of boShittim.
19 bpEgypt shall become a desolation
and bqEdom a desolate wilderness,
brfor the violence done to the people of Judah,
because they have shed innocent blood in their land.
20 bsBut Judah shall be inhabited forever,
and Jerusalem to all generations.
21 btI will avenge their blood,
blood I have not avenged,
Or  I will acquit their bloodguilt that I have not acquitted

bvfor the Lord dwells in Zion.”

Amos 9:13-15

13 Behold, the days are coming,” declares the Lord,
bw“when the plowman shall overtake the reaper
and the treader of grapes him who sows the seed;
bxthe mountains shall drip sweet wine,
and all the hills shall flow with it.
14 byI will restore the fortunes of my people Israel,
and bzthey shall rebuild the ruined cities and inhabit them;
cathey shall plant vineyards and drink their wine,
and they shall make gardens and eat their fruit.
15 cbI will plant them on their land,
ccand they shall never again be uprooted
out of the land cdthat I have given them,”

says the Lord your God.
