Ezekiel 4:13-17

13 And the Lord said, “Thus shall the people of Israel eat ^atheir bread unclean, among the nations where I will drive them.” 14 Then I said, ^b“Ah, Lord God! Behold, I have never defiled myself. ^{▼▼Hebrew my soul (or throat) has never been made unclean} ^dFrom my youth up till now I have never eaten ^ewhat died of itself or was torn by beasts, nor has ^ftainted meat come into my mouth.” 15 Then he said to me, “See, I assign to you cow’s dung instead of human dung, on which you may prepare your bread.” 16 Moreover, he said to me, ^g“Son of man, behold, ^hI will break the supply ^{▼▼Hebrew staff} of bread in Jerusalem. They shall eat bread ^jby weight and with anxiety, and they shall drink water ^kby measure and in dismay. 17 I will do this that they may lack bread and water, and ^llook at one another in dismay, and ^mrot away because of their punishment.

Ezekiel 24:22-23

22 And ⁿyou shall do as I have done; ^oyou shall not cover your lips, ^pnor eat the bread of men. 23 ^qYour turbans shall be on your heads and your shoes on your feet; you shall not mourn or weep, but ^ryou shall rot away in your iniquities and groan to one another.
