The Holy District

1 “When ^ayou allot the land as an inheritance, ^byou shall set apart for the Lord a portion of the land as a holy district, 25,000 cubits ^{▼▼A cubit was about 18 inches or 45 centimeters} long and 20,000 ^{▼▼Septuagint; Hebrew ten} cubits broad. It shall be holy throughout its whole extent.

14 And you shall divide equally what ^eI swore ^fto give to your fathers. ^gThis land shall fall to you as your inheritance.
