The Holy District

1 “When ^ayou allot the land as an inheritance, ^byou shall set apart for the Lord a portion of the land as a holy district, 25,000 cubits ^{▼▼A cubit was about 18 inches or 45 centimeters} long and 20,000 ^{▼▼Septuagint; Hebrew ten} cubits broad. It shall be holy throughout its whole extent.

Ezekiel 47:22

22 ^eYou shall allot it as an inheritance for yourselves and ^ffor the sojourners who reside among you and have had children among you. ^gThey shall be to you as native-born children of Israel. With you they shall be allotted an inheritance among the tribes of Israel.
