Ezra 5:11-12

11 And this was their reply to us: ‘We are the servants of the God of heaven and earth, and we are rebuilding the house that was built many years ago, ^awhich a great king of Israel built and ^bfinished. 12 ^cBut because our fathers had angered the God of heaven, he ^dgave them into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar king of Babylon, the Chaldean, who destroyed this house and carried away the people to Babylonia.

Nehemiah 2:4

4 Then the king said to me, “What are you requesting?” So I prayed ^eto the God of heaven.

Daniel 2:18
