Ezra 6:14-15

14 ^aAnd the elders of the Jews built and prospered through the prophesying of Haggai the prophet and Zechariah the son of Iddo. They finished their building by decree of the God of Israel and ^bby decree of Cyrus and ^cDarius and ^dArtaxerxes king of Persia; 15 and this house was finished on the third day of the ^emonth of Adar, in the sixth year of the reign of Darius the king.

Isaiah 44:26-28

26 ^fwho confirms the word of his servant
and fulfills the counsel of his messengers,
who says of Jerusalem, ‘She shall be inhabited,’
^gand of the cities of Judah, ‘They shall be built,
and I will raise up their ruins’;
27 ^hwho says to the deep, ‘Be dry;
I will dry up your rivers’;
28 who says of ⁱCyrus, ‘He is ^jmy shepherd,
and he shall fulfill all my purpose’;
saying of Jerusalem, ‘She shall be built,’

Zechariah 4:9
