Ezra 6:16-17

16 And the people of Israel, the priests and the Levites, and the rest of the returned exiles, celebrated the ^adedication of this house of God with joy. 17 They offered at the dedication of this house of God 100 bulls, 200 rams, 400 lambs, and as a sin offering for all Israel ^b12 male goats, according to the number of the tribes of Israel.

Ezekiel 45:17

17 ^cIt shall be the prince’s duty to furnish the burnt offerings, grain offerings, and drink offerings, at the feasts, the new moons, and the Sabbaths, all the appointed feasts of the house of Israel: he shall provide the sin offerings, grain offerings, burnt offerings, and peace offerings, to make atonement on behalf of the house of Israel.

Micah 6:7
