Ezra 6:9-10

9 And whatever is needed—bulls, rams, or sheep for burnt offerings to the God of heaven, wheat, salt, wine, or oil, as the priests at Jerusalem require—let that be given to them day by day without fail, 10 that they may offer pleasing sacrifices to the God of heaven ^aand pray for the life of the king and his sons.

Isaiah 56:6-7

6 “And ^bthe foreigners who join themselves to the Lord,
to minister to him, to love the name of the Lord,
and to be his servants,
everyone ^cwho keeps the Sabbath and does not profane it,
and holds fast my covenant—
7 ^dthese I will bring to ^emy holy mountain,
and make them joyful in my house of prayer;
^ftheir burnt offerings and their sacrifices
will be accepted on my altar;
for ^gmy house shall be called a house of prayer
for all peoples.”
