Ezra 7:6

6this Ezra went up from Babylonia. He was a scribe askilled in the Law of Moses that the Lord, the God of Israel, had given, and the king granted him all that he asked, bfor the hand of the Lord his God was on him.

Mark 12:32-34

32And the scribe said to him, “You are right, Teacher. You have truly said that che is one, and dthere is no other besides him. 33And to love him with all the heart and with all ethe understanding and with all the strength, and to love one’s neighbor as oneself, fis much more than all gwhole burnt offerings and sacrifices.” 34And when Jesus saw that he answered wisely, he said to him, “You are not far from the kingdom of God.” hAnd after that no one dared to ask him any more questions.
