8Formerly, when you adid not know God, you bwere enslaved to those that by nature care not gods. 9But now that you have come to know God, or rather dto be known by God, ehow can you turn back again to fthe weak and worthless elementary principles of the world, whose slaves you want to be once more?

Ephesians 2:12
