Galatians 5:1

Christ Has Set Us Free

1For afreedom Christ has bset us free; cstand firm therefore, and do not submit again to da yoke of eslavery.

Hebrews 10:39

39But we are not of those who shrink back and are destroyed, but of those who have faith and preserve their souls.

Hebrews 11:9

9By faith he went to live in fthe land of promise, as in a foreign land, gliving in tents hwith Isaac and Jacob, heirs with him of the same promise.

Hebrews 11:13-16

13These all died in faith, inot having received the things promised, but jhaving seen them and greeted them from afar, and khaving acknowledged that they were lstrangers and exiles on the earth. 14For people who speak thus make it clear that they are seeking a homeland. 15If they had been thinking of that land from which they had gone out, mthey would have had opportunity to return. 16But as it is, they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed nto be called their God, for ohe has prepared for them a city.

2 Peter 2:20-22

20For if, pafter they have escaped the defilements of the world qthrough the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, they are again entangled in them and overcome, rthe last state has become worse for them than the first. 21For sit would have been better for them never to have known the way of righteousness than after knowing it to turn back from tthe holy commandment delivered to them. 22What the true proverb says has happened to them: “The udog returns to its own vomit, and the sow, after washing herself, returns to wallow in the mire.”
