Genesis 1:1-2

The Creation of the World

1In the abeginning, God created the heavens and the earth. 2The earth was bwithout form and void, and darkness was over the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters.

Genesis 1:6

6And God said, c“Let there be an expanse
Or  a canopy; also verses 7, 8, 14, 15, 17, 20
in the midst of the waters, and let it separate the waters from the waters.”

Psalms 33:6-9

6 By ethe word of the Lord the heavens were made,
and by fthe breath of his mouth all gtheir host.
7He gathers the waters of the sea as ha heap;
he iputs the deeps in storehouses.
8 Let all the earth fear the Lord;
let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him!

he commanded, and it stood firm.

Psalms 95:5

5The sea is his, for khe made it,
and his hands formed lthe dry land.

Jeremiah 10:11-13

11Thus shall you say to them: m“The gods who did not make the heavens and the earth nshall perish from the earth and from under the heavens.”

12 pIt is he who qmade the earth by his power,
rwho established the world by his wisdom,
and sby his understanding stretched out the heavens.
13 tWhen he utters his voice, there is a tumult of waters in the heavens,
uand he makes the mist rise from the ends of the earth.
vHe makes lightning wfor the rain,
xand he brings forth the wind yfrom his storehouses.

Amos 9:6

6 zwho builds his upper chambers in the heavens
and founds his vault upon the earth;
aawho calls for the waters of the sea
and pours them out upon the surface of the earth
abthe Lord is his name.

Revelation of John 4:11

11 acWorthy are you, our Lord and God,
to receive glory and honor and power,
for adyou created all things,
