Genesis 11:24-29

24When aNahor had lived 29 years, he fathered Terah. 25And Nahor lived after he fathered Terah 119 years and had other sons and daughters.

26When bTerah had lived 70 years, he fathered Abram, Nahor, and Haran.

Terah’s Descendants

27Now these are the generations of Terah. Terah fathered Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran fathered Lot. 28Haran died in the presence of his father Terah in the land of his kindred, in Ur of the Chaldeans. 29And Abram and Nahor took wives. The name of Abram’s wife was cSarai, and the name of Nahor’s wife, dMilcah, the daughter of Haran the father of Milcah and Iscah.

Genesis 11:31

31Terah etook Abram his son and Lot the son of Haran, his grandson, and Sarai his daughter-in-law, his son Abram’s wife, and they went forth together ffrom Ur of the Chaldeans to go into the land of Canaan, but when they came to Haran, they settled there.

Genesis 17:7

7And I will gestablish my covenant between me and you and your offspring after you throughout their generations for an everlasting covenant, hto be God to you and to your offspring after you.

Genesis 22:20-24

20Now after these things it was told to Abraham, “Behold, iMilcah also has borne children to your brother Nahor: 21 jUz his firstborn, kBuz his brother, Kemuel the father of Aram, 22Chesed, Hazo, Pildash, Jidlaph, and Bethuel.” 23( lBethuel fathered Rebekah.) These eight Milcah bore to Nahor, Abraham’s brother. 24Moreover, his concubine, whose name was Reumah, bore Tebah, Gaham, Tahash, and Maacah.

Genesis 24:3-4

3that I may make you swear by the Lord, the God of heaven and God of the earth, that myou will not take a wife for my son from the daughters of the Canaanites, among whom I dwell, 4 nbut will go to my country and to my kindred, and take a wife for my son Isaac.”

Exodus 3:6

6And he said, o“I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” And Moses hid his face, for phe was afraid to look at God.

Joshua 24:2

2And Joshua said to all the people, “Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel, ‘Long ago, qyour fathers lived beyond the Euphrates,
Hebrew  the River
Terah, the father of Abraham and of Nahor; and sthey served other gods.
