29And Abram and Nahor took wives. The name of Abram’s wife was aSarai, and the name of Nahor’s wife, bMilcah, the daughter of Haran the father of Milcah and Iscah.

Genesis 20:2

2And Abraham said of Sarah his wife, c“She is my sister.” And Abimelech king of Gerar sent and took Sarah.

Genesis 20:5

7When the men of the place asked him about his wife, ghe said, “She is my sister,” for hhe feared to say, “My wife,” thinking, “lest the men of the place should kill me because of Rebekah,” because ishe was attractive in appearance.

Isaiah 57:11

11 jWhom did you dread and fear,
kso that you lied,

Matthew 26:69-75

Peter Denies Jesus

69 mNow Peter was sitting outside nin the courtyard. And a servant girl came up to him and said, “You also were with Jesus the Galilean.” 70But he denied it before them all, saying, “I do not know what you mean.” 71And when he went out to the entrance, another servant girl saw him, and she said to the bystanders, “This man was with Jesus oof Nazareth.” 72And again he denied it with an oath: “I do not know the man.” 73After a little while the bystanders came up and said to Peter, “Certainly you too are one of them, for pyour accent betrays you.” 74Then he began to invoke a curse on himself and to swear, “I do not know the man.” And immediately the rooster crowed. 75And Peter remembered the saying of Jesus, qBefore the rooster crows, you will rdeny me three times.” And he went out and wept bitterly.

Galatians 2:12-13

12For before certain men came from James, she was eating with the Gentiles; but when they came he drew back and separated himself, fearing tthe circumcision party.
Or  fearing those of the circumcision
13And the rest of the Jews acted hypocritically along with him, so that even Barnabas was led astray by their hypocrisy.
