Genesis 11:4

4Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower awith its top in the heavens, and let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be dispersed over the face of the whole earth.”

Psalms 139:8-10

Isaiah 47:5

O daughter of lthe Chaldeans;
for you shall no more be called
mthe mistress of kingdoms.

7You said, “I shall be nmistress forever,”
so that you did not lay these things to heart
or remember their end.

sand her high gates
shall be burned with fire.
