Genesis 12:1-2

The Call of Abram

1 Now ^athe Lord said ^{▼▼Or had said} to Abram, “Go from your country ^{▼▼Or land} and your kindred and your father’s house to the land that I will show you. 2 ^dAnd I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing.

15 Yet ^ethe Lord set his heart in love on your fathers and chose their offspring after them, you above all peoples, as you are this day.

Joshua 24:2-3
