Genesis 14:19

1 Chronicles 29:11-12

11 ^dYours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Isaiah 40:11-17

11 ⁱHe will tend his flock like a shepherd;
^jhe will gather the lambs in his arms;
^khe will carry them in his bosom,
and gently lead those that are with young.

and marked off the heavens with a span,
enclosed the dust of the earth in a measure
and weighed the mountains in scales
and the hills in a balance?

or what man shows him his counsel?
14 Whom did he consult,
and who made him understand?

behold, he takes up ^qthe coastlands like fine dust.
16 Lebanon would not suffice for fuel,
nor are ^rits beasts enough for a burnt offering.
17 ^sAll the nations are as nothing before him,
they are accounted by him as less than nothing and emptiness.

Isaiah 40:21-23

21 ^tDo you not know? Do you not hear?
Has it not been told you from the beginning?
Have you not understood from the foundations of the earth?
22 It is he who sits above the circle of the earth,
and its inhabitants are ^ulike grasshoppers;
^vwho stretches out the heavens like a curtain,
and spreads them like a tent to dwell in;
23 ^wwho brings princes to nothing,
and makes the rulers of the earth as emptiness.

Ephesians 1:21
