Genesis 15:1

God’s Covenant with Abram

1 After these things the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision: ^a“Fear not, Abram, I am ^byour shield; your reward shall be very great.”

Job 22:21-26

21 ^c“Agree with God, and ^dbe at peace;
thereby good will come to you.
22 Receive instruction from ^ehis mouth,
and ^flay up his words in your heart.
23 If you ^greturn to the Almighty you will be ^hbuilt up;
if you ⁱremove injustice far from your tents,
24 if you lay gold in ^jthe dust,
and gold of ^kOphir among the stones of the torrent-bed,
25 then the Almighty will be your gold
and your precious silver.
26 For then you ^lwill delight yourself in the Almighty
and ^mlift up your face to God.

Psalms 37:4
