1 After these things the word of the Lord came to Abram in a vision: ^a“Fear not, Abram, I am ^byour shield; your reward shall be very great.”

4 He will ^ccover you with his pinions,
and under his ^dwings you will ^efind refuge;
his ^ffaithfulness is ^ga shield and buckler.
