Genesis 15:14-16

14 But ^aI will bring judgment on the nation that they serve, and afterward ^bthey shall come out with great possessions. 15 As for you, you shall go to your fathers in peace; ^cyou shall be buried in a good old age. 16 And they shall come back here in the fourth generation, for ^dthe iniquity of the Amorites ^eis not yet complete.”

Genesis 50:5

5 ‘My father made me swear, saying, “I am about to die: in my tomb ^fthat I hewed out for myself in the land of Canaan, there shall you bury me.” Now therefore, let me please go up and bury my father. Then I will return.’”

Genesis 50:13

13 for ^ghis sons carried him to the land of Canaan and buried him in the cave of the field at Machpelah, to the east of Mamre, which Abraham ^hbought with the field from Ephron the Hittite to possess as a burying place.

Genesis 50:24-25

24 And Joseph said to his brothers, “I am about to die, but ⁱGod will visit you and bring you up out of this land to the land ^jthat he swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.” 25 Then ^kJoseph made the sons of Israel swear, saying, “God will surely visit you, and you shall carry up my bones from here.”

Exodus 3:8
