Genesis 15:14-16

14But aI will bring judgment on the nation that they serve, and afterward bthey shall come out with great possessions. 15As for you, you shall go to your fathers in peace; cyou shall be buried in a good old age. 16And they shall come back here in the fourth generation, for dthe iniquity of the Amorites eis not yet complete.”

Genesis 50:5

5‘My father made me swear, saying, “I am about to die: in my tomb fthat I hewed out for myself in the land of Canaan, there shall you bury me.” Now therefore, let me please go up and bury my father. Then I will return.’”

Genesis 50:13

13for ghis sons carried him to the land of Canaan and buried him in the cave of the field at Machpelah, to the east of Mamre, which Abraham hbought with the field from Ephron the Hittite to possess as a burying place.

Genesis 50:24-25

24And Joseph said to his brothers, “I am about to die, but iGod will visit you and bring you up out of this land to the land jthat he swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.” 25Then kJoseph made the sons of Israel swear, saying, “God will surely visit you, and you shall carry up my bones from here.”

Exodus 3:8

8and lI have come down to deliver them out of the hand of the Egyptians and mto bring them up out of that land to a ngood and broad land, a land oflowing with milk and honey, to the place of pthe Canaanites, the Hittites, the Amorites, the Perizzites, the Hivites, and the Jebusites.
