Abraham and the Covenant of Circumcision

1When Abram was ninety-nine years old the Lord appeared to Abram and said to him, “I am God Almighty;

walk before me, and be bblameless,

The king declared to Daniel, “O Daniel, servant of rthe living God, shas your God, whom you serve continually, tbeen able to deliver you from the lions?” 21Then Daniel said to the king, u“O king, live forever! 22My God vsent his angel wand shut the lionsmouths, and they have not harmed me, because I was found blameless xbefore him; yand also before you, O king, I have done no harm.”

Daniel 6:27

27He delivers and rescues;
he works zsigns and wonders
in heaven and on earth,
he who has aasaved Daniel
from the power of the lions.”
