2He lifted up his eyes and looked, and behold, three men were standing in front of him. aWhen he saw them, he ran from the tent door to meet them and bowed himself to the earth 3and said, “O Lord,

if I have found favor in your sight, do not pass by your servant.
4Let a clittle water be brought, and wash your feet, and rest yourselves under the tree, 5while I bring a morsel of bread, that dyou may refresh yourselves, and after that you may pass onesince you have come to your servant.” So they said, “Do as you have said.” 6And Abraham went quickly into the tent to Sarah and said, “Quick! Three seahs
A  seah was about 7 quarts or 7.3 liters
of fine flour! Knead it, and make cakes.”
7And Abraham ran to the herd and took a calf, tender and good, and gave it to a young man, who prepared it quickly. 8Then he took curds and milk and the calf that he had prepared, and set it before them. And he stood by them under the tree while they ate.

9They said to him, “Where is Sarah your wife?” And he said, “She is gin the tent.” 10The Lord said, “I will surely return to you habout this time next year, and iSarah your wife shall have a son.” And Sarah was listening at the tent door behind him.

Genesis 19:1-3

God Rescues Lot

1The jtwo angels came to Sodom in the evening, and Lot was sitting in the gate of Sodom. When Lot saw them, he rose to meet them and bowed himself with his face to the earth 2and said, “My lords, kplease turn aside to your servant’s house and spend the night land wash your feet. Then you may rise up early and go on your way.” They said, mNo; we will spend the night in the town square.” 3But he pressed them strongly; so they turned aside to him and entered his house. And he made them a feast and baked unleavened bread, and they ate.

Judges 13:15-25

15Manoah said to the angel of the Lord, “Please let us detain you and nprepare a young goat for you.” 16And the angel of the Lord said to Manoah, “If you detain me, I will not eat of your food. But if you prepare a burnt offering, then offer it to the Lord.” (For Manoah did not know that he was the angel of the Lord.) 17And Manoah said to the angel of the Lord, o“What is your name, so that, when your words come true, we may honor you?” 18And the angel of the Lord said to him, p“Why do you ask my name, seeing qit is wonderful?” 19So rManoah took the young goat with the grain offering, and offered it on the rock to the Lord, to the one who works

21The angel of the Lord appeared no more to Manoah and to his wife. uThen Manoah knew that he was the angel of the Lord. 22And Manoah said to his wife, v“We shall surely die, for we have seen God.” 23But his wife said to him, “If the Lord had meant to kill us, he would not have accepted a burnt offering and a grain offering at our hands, or shown us all these things, or now announced to us such things as these.” 24And the woman bore a son and called his name Samson. wAnd the young man grew, and the Lord blessed him. 25 xAnd the Spirit of the Lord began to stir him in Mahaneh-dan, between yZorah and Eshtaol.

Matthew 25:40

40And zthe King will answer them, aaTruly, I say to you, as you did it to one of the least of these abmy brothers,
Or  brothers and sisters
you did it to me.’
