Genesis 2:8-9

8 And the Lord God planted a ^agarden in Eden, in the east, and there he put the man whom he had formed. 9 And out of the ground the Lord God made to spring up every tree that is pleasant to the sight and good for food. ^bThe tree of life was in the midst of the garden, ^cand the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

Genesis 13:10

10 And Lot lifted up his eyes and saw that the ^dJordan Valley was well watered everywhere like ^ethe garden of the Lord, like the land of Egypt, in the direction of ^fZoar. (This was before the Lord ^gdestroyed Sodom and Gomorrah.)

Ezekiel 31:8-10

8 ^hThe cedars ⁱin the garden of God could not rival it,
nor the fir trees equal its boughs;
neither were the plane trees
like its branches;

Joel 2:3
