9Then Abimelech called Abraham and said to him, “What have you done to us? And how have I sinned against you, that you have brought on me and my kingdom a great sin? You have done to me things that ought not to be done.”

Genesis 26:10

10Abimelech said, “What is this you have done to us? One of the people might easily have lain with your wife, and ayou would have brought guilt upon us.”

Deuteronomy 13:6-8

Joshua 7:19-26

19Then Joshua said to Achan, “My son, jgive glory to the Lord God of Israel and kgive praise
Or  and make confession
to him. And mtell me now what you have done; do not hide it from me.”
20And Achan answered Joshua, “Truly nI have sinned against the Lord God of Israel, and this is what I did: 21when I saw among the spoil a beautiful cloak from Shinar, and 200 shekels of silver, and a bar of gold weighing 50 shekels,
A  shekel was about 2/5 ounce or 11 grams
then I coveted them and took them. And see, they are hidden in the earth inside my tent, with the silver underneath.”

22So Joshua sent messengers, and they ran to the tent; and behold, it was hidden in his tent with the silver underneath. 23And they took them out of the tent and brought them to Joshua and to all the people of Israel. And they laid them down before the Lord. 24And Joshua and all Israel with him took Achan the son of Zerah, and the silver and the cloak and the bar of gold, and his sons and daughters and his oxen and donkeys and sheep and his tent and all that he had. And they brought them up to the pValley of Achor. 25And Joshua said, “Why did you qbring trouble on us? The Lord brings trouble on you today.” And all Israel rstoned him with stones. sThey burned them with fire and stoned them with stones. 26And they raised over him ta great heap of stones that remains to this day. Then uthe Lord turned from his burning anger. Therefore, to this day the name of that place is called the Valley of Achor.
 Achor means trouble


1 Samuel 26:19

19Now therefore let my lord the king hear the words of his servant. If it is the Lord who has stirred you up against me, may he accept an offering, but if it is men, may they be cursed before the Lord, wfor they have driven me out this day that I should have no share in xthe heritage of the Lord, saying, ‘Go, serve other gods.’

1 Kings 14:16

16And he will give Israel up because of the sins of Jeroboam, which he sinned and made Israel to sin.”

1 Kings 21:22

22And I will make your house like ythe house of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, and like zthe house of Baasha the son of Ahijah, for the anger to which you have provoked me, and because you aahave made Israel to sin.
