Genesis 28:20-22

20Then Jacob amade a vow, saying, “If God will be with me and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat and clothing to wear, 21 bso that I come again to my father’s house in peace, cthen the Lord shall be my God, 22and this stone, which I have set up for a pillar, dshall be God’s house. And eof all that you give me I will give a full tenth to you.”

Numbers 6:2

2Speak to the people of Israel and say to them, When either a man or a woman makes a special vow, the vow of fa Nazirite,
 Nazirite means one separated, or one consecrated
hto separate himself to the Lord,

Numbers 21:2

2 iAnd Israel vowed a vow to the Lord and said, “If you will indeed give this people into my hand, then I will devote their cities to destruction.”
That is, set apart ( devote) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction); also verse 3

Deuteronomy 23:21-23

21 k“If you make a vow to the Lord your God, you shall not delay fulfilling it, for the Lord your God will surely require it of you, and you will be guilty of sin. 22But if you refrain from vowing, you will not be guilty of sin. 23You shall be careful to do what has passed your lips, for you have voluntarily vowed to the Lord your God what you have promised with your mouth.

Judges 11:30-31

30And Jephthah lmade a vow to the Lord and said, “If you will give the Ammonites into my hand, 31then whatever
