Genesis 3:6-7

6So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was a delight to the eyes, and that the tree was to be desired to make one wise,
Or  to give insight
she took of its fruit band ate, and she also gave some to her husband who was with her, cand he ate.
7 dThen the eyes of both were opened, eand they knew that they were naked. And they sewed fig leaves together and made themselves loincloths.

Genesis 6:5-6

5 fThe Lord saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every gintention of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually. 6And hthe Lord regretted that he had made man on the earth, and it igrieved him to his heart.

Genesis 6:11-12

11Now the earth was corrupt in God’s sight, and the earth was filled with violence. 12And God jsaw the earth, and behold, it was corrupt, kfor all flesh had corrupted their way on the earth.

Genesis 11:4-6

4Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city and a tower lwith its top in the heavens, and let us make a name for ourselves, lest we be dispersed over the face of the whole earth.” 5And mthe Lord came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of man had built. 6And the Lord said, “Behold, they are one people, and they have all one language, and this is only the beginning of what they will do. And nothing that they propose to do will now be impossible for them.

Psalms 99:8

8 O Lord our God, you answered them;
you were na forgiving God to them,
but oan avenger of their wrongdoings.

Psalms 106:29

29they provoked the Lord to anger with their deeds,
and a plague broke out among them.

Psalms 106:39

39Thus they pbecame unclean by their acts,
and qplayed the whore in their deeds.

Jeremiah 2:12-13

12Be appalled, rO heavens, at this;
be shocked, be utterly desolate,

declares the Lord,
13for my people have committed two evils:
sthey have forsaken tme,
the fountain of uliving waters,
and hewed out cisterns for themselves,
broken cisterns that can hold no water.
