Genesis 30:10-11

10Then Leah’s servant Zilpah bore Jacob a son. 11And Leah said, a“Good fortune has come!” so she called his name bGad.
 Gad sounds like the Hebrew for  good fortune

Genesis 46:16

16The sons of Gad: Ziphion, Haggi, Shuni, Ezbon, Eri, Arodi, and Areli.

Genesis 49:19

19 dRaiders shall raid eGad,
 Gad sounds like the Hebrew for  raiders and raid

but he shall raid at their heels.

Numbers 2:14-15
