The Whole Armor of God
10Finally, gbe strong in the Lord and in hthe strength of his might. 11 iPut on jthe whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against kthe schemes of the devil. 12For lwe do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against mthe rulers, against the authorities, against nthe cosmic powers over othis present darkness, against pthe spiritual forces of evil qin the heavenly places. 13Therefore rtake up the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in sthe evil day, and having done all, to stand firm. 14Stand therefore, thaving fastened on the belt of truth, and uhaving put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15and, vas shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. 16In all circumstances take up wthe shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all xthe flaming darts of ythe evil one; 17and take zthe helmet of salvation, and aathe sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, 18praying abat all times acin the Spirit, adwith all prayer and supplication.
