Genesis 32:29

Exodus 3:2-5

Isaiah 63:9

9 hIn all their affliction he was afflicted,
Or  he did not afflict

and the angel of his presence saved them;
jin his love and in his pity he redeemed them;
khe lifted them up and carried them all the days of old.

Malachi 3:1

1 lBehold, I send mmy messenger, and nhe will prepare the way before me. And the Lord owhom you seek will suddenly come to his temple; and pthe messenger of the covenant in whom you delight, behold, he is coming, says the Lord of hosts.

Acts 7:30-35

30Now when forty years had passed, qan angel appeared to him rin the wilderness of Mount Sinai, in a flame of fire in a bush. 31When Moses saw it, he was amazed at the sight, and as he drew near to look, there came the voice of the Lord: 32 sI am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham and of Isaac and of Jacob.’ And Moses trembled and did not dare to look. 33Then the Lord said to him, tTake off the sandals from your feet, for the place where you are standing is holy ground. 34 uI have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and vhave heard their groaning, and wI have come down to deliver them. xAnd now come, I will send you to Egypt.’

35This Moses, whom they rejected, ysaying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge?’—this man God sent as both ruler and redeemer zby the hand of the angel who appeared to him in the bush.
