Deuteronomy 28:65-67

65And aamong these nations you shall find no respite, and there shall be no resting place for the sole of your foot, but bthe Lord will give you there a trembling heart and failing eyes and ca languishing soul. 66Your life shall hang in doubt before you. Night and day you shall be in dread and have no assurance of your life. 67 dIn the morning you shall say, ‘If only it were evening!’ and at evening you shall say, ‘If only it were morning!’ because of the dread that your heart shall feel, and ethe sights that your eyes shall see.

Joshua 2:9-11

9and said to the men, “I know that the Lord has given you the land, fand that the fear of you has fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land gmelt away before you. 10For we have heard how the Lord hdried up the water of the Red Sea before you when you came out of Egypt, and iwhat you did to the two kings of the Amorites who were beyond the Jordan, to jSihon and Og, whom you devoted to destruction.
That is, set apart ( devoted) as an offering to the Lord (for destruction)
11And las soon as we heard it, mour hearts melted, and there was no spirit left in any man because of you, for nthe Lord your God, he is God in the heavens above and on the earth beneath.

Joshua 5:1

The New Generation Circumcised

1As soon as all the kings of the Amorites who were beyond the Jordan to the west, and all the kings of the Canaanites owho were by the sea, pheard that the Lord had dried up the waters of the Jordan for the people of Israel until they had crossed over, their hearts qmelted and rthere was no longer any spirit in them because of the people of Israel.

1 Samuel 17:24

2 Kings 7:6-7

6For the Lord had made the army of the Syrians shear the sound of chariots and of horses, the sound of a great army, so that they said to one another, “Behold, the king of Israel has hired against us tthe kings of the Hittites and the kings of Egypt to come against us.” 7 uSo they fled away in the twilight and abandoned their tents, their horses, and their donkeys, leaving the camp as it was, and fled for their lives.
