Genesis 36:31-39

31 aThese are the kings who reigned in the land of Edom, before any king reigned over the Israelites. 32Bela the son of Beor reigned in Edom, the name of his city being Dinhabah. 33Bela died, and Jobab the son of Zerah of Bozrah reigned in his place. 34Jobab died, and Husham of the land of the Temanites reigned in his place. 35Husham died, and Hadad the son of Bedad, who defeated Midian in the country of Moab, reigned in his place, the name of his city being Avith. 36Hadad died, and Samlah of Masrekah reigned in his place. 37Samlah died, and Shaul of bRehoboth on the Euphrates

38Shaul died, and Baal-hanan the son of Achbor reigned in his place. 39Baal-hanan the son of Achbor died, and Hadar reigned in his place, the name of his city being Pau; his wife’s name was Mehetabel, the daughter of Matred, daughter of Mezahab.

Genesis 49:10

10The dscepter shall not depart from Judah,
nor the ruler’s staff efrom between his feet,
until tribute comes to him;
By a slight revocalization; a slight emendation yields (compare Septuagint, Syriac, Targum)  until he comes to whom it belongs; Hebrew until Shiloh comes, or until he comes to Shiloh

and to him shall be the obedience of the peoples.

Numbers 24:17-19

17 gI see him, but not now;
I behold him, but not near:
ha star shall come out of Jacob,
and ia scepter shall rise out of Israel;
it shall jcrush the forehead
Hebrew corners [of the head]
of Moab
and break down all the sons of Sheth.
18 lEdom shall be dispossessed;
mSeir also, his enemies, shall be dispossessed.
Israel is doing valiantly.
19And one from Jacob shall exercise dominion
and destroy the survivors of cities!”
