Genesis 37:28

28Then aMidianite traders passed by. And they drew Joseph up and lifted him out of the pit, and bsold him to the Ishmaelites for twenty shekels
A  shekel was about 2/5 ounce or 11 grams
of silver. They took Joseph to Egypt.

Genesis 37:36

36Meanwhile dthe Midianites had sold him in Egypt to Potiphar, an officer of Pharaoh, ethe captain of the guard.

Genesis 39:2-3

2 fThe Lord was with Joseph, and he became a successful man, and he was in the house of his Egyptian master. 3His master saw that the Lord was with him and that the Lord gcaused all that he did to succeed in his hands.

Genesis 43:32

32They served him by himself, and them by themselves, and the Egyptians who ate with him by themselves, because the Egyptians could not eat with the Hebrews, for that is han abomination to the Egyptians.

Genesis 45:9-11

9Hurry and go up to my father and say to him, ‘Thus says your son Joseph, God has made me lord of all Egypt. Come down to me; do not tarry. 10 iYou shall dwell in the land of Goshen, and you shall be near me, you and your children and your children’s children, and your flocks, your herds, and all that you have. 11 jThere I will provide for you, for there are yet five years of famine to come, so that you and your household, and all that you have, do not come to poverty.’

Genesis 49:26

26The blessings of your father
are mighty beyond the blessings of my parents,
up to the bounties kof the everlasting hills.
A slight emendation yields (compare Septuagint)  the blessings of the eternal mountains, the bounties of the everlasting hills

May they be mon the head of Joseph,
and on the brow of him who was set apart from his brothers.
