Genesis 4:6

6 The Lord said to Cain, “Why are you angry, and why has your face fallen?

1 Samuel 23:22-23

22 Go, make yet more sure. Know and see the place where his foot is, and who has seen him there, for it is told me that he is very cunning. 23 See therefore and take note of all the lurking places where he hides, and come back to me with sure information. Then I will go with you. And if he is in the land, I will search him out among all the thousands of Judah.”

2 Samuel 17:2-4

2 I will come upon him while he is ^aweary and discouraged and throw him into a panic, and all the people who are with him will flee. ^bI will strike down only the king, 3 and I will bring all the people back to you as a bride comes home to her husband.
