8They said to him, a“We have had dreams, and there is no one to interpret them.” And Joseph said to them, b“Do not interpretations belong to God? Please tell them to me.”

Genesis 41:15-16

Daniel 4:18-19

18This dream I, King Nebuchadnezzar, saw. And you, O xBelteshazzar, tell me the interpretation, because yall the wise men of my kingdom are not able to make known to me the interpretation, but you are able, for zthe spirit of the holy gods is in you.”

Daniel Interprets the Second Dream

19Then Daniel, whose name was aaBelteshazzar, was abdismayed for a while, and achis thoughts alarmed him. The king answered and said, “Belteshazzar, let not the dream or the interpretation alarm you.” Belteshazzar answered and said, “My lord, admay the dream be for those who hate you aeand its interpretation for your enemies!
