Genesis 41:33-40

33Now therefore let Pharaoh select a discerning and wise man, and set him over the land of Egypt. 34Let Pharaoh proceed to appoint overseers over the land and take one-fifth of the produce of the land
Or  over the land and organize the land
of Egypt during the seven plentiful years.
35And blet them gather all the food of these good years that are coming and store up grain under the authority of Pharaoh for food in the cities, and let them keep it. 36That food shall be a reserve for the land against the seven years of famine that are to occur in the land of Egypt, so that the land may not perish through the famine.”

Joseph Rises to Power

37This proposal pleased Pharaoh and all his servants. 38And Pharaoh said to his servants, “Can we find a man like this, cin whom is the Spirit of God?”
Or of the gods
39Then Pharaoh said to Joseph, “Since God has shown you all this, there is none so discerning and wise as you are. 40 eYou shall be over my house, and all my people shall order themselves as you command.
Hebrew  and according to your command all my people shall kiss the ground
Only as regards the throne will I be greater than you.”

1 Samuel 7:3-6

Samuel Judges Israel

3And Samuel said to all the house of Israel, gIf you are returning to the Lord with all your heart, then hput away the foreign gods and the iAshtaroth from among you and jdirect your heart to the Lord kand serve him only, and he will deliver you out of the hand of the Philistines.” 4So the people of Israel put away the Baals and the Ashtaroth, and they served the Lord only.

5Then Samuel said, “Gather all Israel at lMizpah, and I will pray to the Lord for you.” 6So they gathered at mMizpah nand drew water and poured it out before the Lord oand fasted on that day and said there, p“We have sinned against the Lord.” And Samuel judged the people of Israel at Mizpah.

Proverbs 28:23

23Whoever qrebukes a man will afterward find more favor
than rhe who flatters with his tongue.
