42 Then Pharaoh ^atook his signet ring from his hand and put it on Joseph’s hand, and ^bclothed him in garments of fine linen ^cand put a gold chain about his neck. 43 And he made him ride in his second chariot. ^dAnd they called out before him, “Bow the knee!” ^{▼▼Abrek, probably an Egyptian word, similar in sound to the Hebrew word meaning to kneel} Thus he set him ^fover all the land of Egypt.
