Genesis 42:9

9 And Joseph ^aremembered the dreams that he had dreamed of them. ^bAnd he said to them, “You are spies; you have come to see the nakedness of the land.”

Genesis 42:16

16 Send one of you, and let him bring your brother, while you remain confined, that your words may be tested, whether there is truth in you. Or else, by the life of Pharaoh, surely you are spies.”

Joshua 2:1

Rahab Hides the Spies

1 And Joshua the son of Nun ^ksent ^{▼▼Or had sent} two men secretly from Shittim as spies, saying, “Go, view the land, especially Jericho.” And they went and came into the house of ^ma prostitute whose name was ⁿRahab and lodged there.

Joshua 6:23

23 So the young men who had been spies went in and brought out Rahab and ^oher father and mother and brothers and all who belonged to her. And they brought all her relatives and put them outside the camp of Israel.
