Genesis 48:15-16
15And he blessed Joseph and said,“The God abefore whom my fathers Abraham and Isaac walked,
the God who has been my shepherd all my life long to this day,
16 bthe angel who has credeemed me from all evil, bless the boys;
and in them let dmy name be carried on, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac;
and let them egrow into a multitude ▼
▼Or let them be like fish for multitude
in the midst of the earth.”Exodus 3:2-6
2 gAnd hthe angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush. He looked, and behold, the bush was burning, yet it was not consumed. 3And Moses said, “I will turn aside to see this great sight, why the bush is not burned.” 4When the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, iGod called to him jout of the bush, “Moses, Moses!” And he said, “Here I am.” 5Then he said, “Do not come near; ktake your sandals off your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground.” 6And he said, l“I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” And Moses hid his face, for mhe was afraid to look at God.Numbers 22:35
