Genesis 48:16

16 athe angel who has bredeemed me from all evil, bless the boys;
and in them let cmy name be carried on, and the name of my fathers Abraham and Isaac;
and let them dgrow into a multitude
Or  let them be like fish for multitude
in the midst of the earth.”

Exodus 3:2-6

2 fAnd gthe angel of the Lord appeared to him in a flame of fire out of the midst of a bush. He looked, and behold, the bush was burning, yet it was not consumed. 3And Moses said, “I will turn aside to see this great sight, why the bush is not burned.” 4When the Lord saw that he turned aside to see, hGod called to him iout of the bush, “Moses, Moses!” And he said, “Here I am.” 5Then he said, “Do not come near; jtake your sandals off your feet, for the place on which you are standing is holy ground.” 6And he said, k“I am the God of your father, the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob.” And Moses hid his face, for lhe was afraid to look at God.

Acts 7:30-38

30Now when forty years had passed, xan angel appeared to him yin the wilderness of Mount Sinai, in a flame of fire in a bush. 31When Moses saw it, he was amazed at the sight, and as he drew near to look, there came the voice of the Lord: 32 zI am the God of your fathers, the God of Abraham and of Isaac and of Jacob.’ And Moses trembled and did not dare to look. 33Then the Lord said to him, aaTake off the sandals from your feet, for the place where you are standing is holy ground. 34 abI have surely seen the affliction of my people who are in Egypt, and achave heard their groaning, and adI have come down to deliver them. aeAnd now come, I will send you to Egypt.’

35This Moses, whom they rejected, afsaying, ‘Who made you a ruler and a judge?’—this man God sent as both ruler and redeemer agby the hand of the angel who appeared to him in the bush. 36 ahThis man led them out, performing aiwonders and signs ajin Egypt and akat the Red Sea and alin the wilderness for amforty years. 37This is the Moses who said to the Israelites, ‘God will raise up for you ana prophet like me from your brothers.’ 38This is the one aowho was in the congregation in the wilderness with apthe angel who spoke to him at Mount Sinai, and with our fathers. aqHe received arliving asoracles to give to us.
