Genesis 49:8-10

8 “Judah, ^ayour brothers shall praise you;
^byour hand shall be on the neck of your enemies;
^cyour father’s sons shall bow down before you.
9 Judah is ^da lion’s cub;
from the prey, my son, you have gone up.
^eHe stooped down; he crouched as a lion
and as a lioness; who dares rouse him?
10 The ^fscepter shall not depart from Judah,
nor the ruler’s staff ^gfrom between his feet,
until tribute comes to him; ^{▼▼By a slight revocalization; a slight emendation yields (compare Septuagint, Syriac, Targum) until he comes to whom it belongs; Hebrew until Shiloh comes, or until he comes to Shiloh}
and to him shall be the obedience of the peoples.

Numbers 7:12

12 He who offered his offering the first day was ⁱNahshon the son of Amminadab, of the tribe of Judah.

Numbers 10:14

14 The standard of the camp of the people of Judah set out ^jfirst by their companies, and over their company was ^kNahshon the son of Amminadab.
