Genesis 50:24-25
24And Joseph said to his brothers, “I am about to die, but aGod will visit you and bring you up out of this land to the land bthat he swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.” 25Then cJoseph made the sons of Israel swear, saying, “God will surely visit you, and you shall carry up my bones from here.”Acts 7:15-16
15And dJacob went down into Egypt, and ehe died, he fand our fathers, 16and gthey were carried back to Shechem and laid in the tomb that hAbraham had bought for a sum of silver from the sons of Hamor in Shechem.Hebrews 11:22
22By faith iJoseph, at the end of his life, made mention of the exodus of the Israelites and gave directions concerning his bones.
