Noah and the Flood

9These are the generations of Noah. aNoah was a righteous man, bblameless in his generation. Noah cwalked with God.

Psalms 33:18-19

18 Behold, dthe eye of the Lord is on those who fear him,
eon those who hope in his steadfast love,
19that he may fdeliver their soul from death
and keep them alive in gfamine.

Proverbs 10:6-7

6Blessings are on the head of the righteous,
but hthe mouth of the wicked conceals violence.
7 iThe memory of the righteous is a blessing,
but jthe name of the wicked will rot.

Proverbs 10:9

9 kWhoever walks in integrity walks securely,
but he who makes his ways crooked lwill be found out.

Proverbs 11:4-8

4 mRiches do not profit in the day of wrath,
nbut righteousness delivers from death.
5The righteousness of the blameless okeeps his way straight,
but the wicked falls by his own wickedness.
6 pThe righteousness of the upright delivers them,
but the treacherous qare taken captive by their lust.
7When the wicked dies, his rhope will perish,
and sthe expectation of wealth
Or  of his strength, or  of iniquity
perishes too.
8 uThe righteous is delivered from trouble,
and the wicked walks into it instead.

Isaiah 3:10-11

10 vTell the righteous that it shall be well with them,
wfor they shall eat the fruit of their deeds.
11 xWoe to the wicked! It shall be ill with him,
for what his hands have dealt out shall be done to him.

Philippians 2:15-16

15that you may be blameless and innocent, ychildren of God zwithout blemish aain the midst of aba crooked and twisted generation, among whom you shine acas lights in the world, 16holding fast to adthe word of life, so that in aethe day of Christ afI may be proud that agI did not run in vain or labor in vain.
