Genesis 7:10-12

10And after seven days the waters of the flood came upon the earth.

11In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, on the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the afountains of the great deep burst forth, and bthe windows of the heavens were opened. 12And rain fell upon the earth forty days and forty nights.

Ezra 10:9

9Then all the men of Judah and Benjamin assembled at Jerusalem within the three days. It was the ninth month, on the twentieth day of the month. And all the people sat in the open square before the house of God, trembling because of this matter and because of the cheavy rain.

Ezra 10:13

13But the people are many, and it is a time of heavy rain; we cannot stand in the open. Nor is this a task for one day or for two, for we have greatly transgressed in this matter.

Proverbs 28:3

3 dA poor man who oppresses the poor

Ezekiel 13:11

11say to those who smear it with whitewash that it shall fall! eThere will be a deluge of rain, and you, O great hailstones, will fall, and a stormy wind break out.

13Therefore thus says the Lord God: fI will make a stormy wind break out in my wrath, gand there shall be a deluge of rain in my anger, and great hailstones in wrath to make a full end.

Amos 9:6

6 hwho builds his upper chambers in the heavens

and pours them out upon the surface of the earth

Matthew 7:25-27
