The Flood Subsides

1But God aremembered Noah and all the beasts and all the livestock that were with him in the ark. And bGod made a wind blow over the earth, and the waters subsided.

Jeremiah 2:2

2Go and proclaim in the hearing of Jerusalem, Thus says the Lord,

“I remember the devotion of cyour youth,
your love das a bride,
ehow you followed me in the wilderness,
fin a land not sown.

Jeremiah 14:10

10 Thus says the Lord concerning this people:
“They have loved to wander thus;
they have not restrained their feet;
gtherefore the Lord does not accept them;
hnow he will remember their iniquity
and punish their sins.”

Jeremiah 31:34

34And no longer shall each one teach his neighbor and each his brother, saying, ‘Know the Lord,’ ifor they shall all know me, jfrom the least of them to the greatest, declares the Lord. For kI will forgive their iniquity, and lI will remember their sin no more.”

Ezekiel 18:22

22 mNone of the transgressions that he has committed shall be remembered against him; for the righteousness that he has done he shall live.

Hosea 8:13

13As for my sacrificial offerings,
nthey sacrifice meat and eat it,
but the Lord does not accept them.
oNow he will remember their iniquity
and punish their sins;
pthey shall return to Egypt.

Hosea 9:9

9 qThey have deeply corrupted themselves
as rin the days of Gibeah:
she will remember their iniquity;
he will punish their sins.
