Genesis 8:21

21And when the Lord smelled athe pleasing aroma, the Lord said in his heart, “I will never again bcurse
Or dishonor
the ground because of man, for dthe intention of man’s heart is evil from his youth. eNeither will I ever again strike down every living creature as I have done.

Genesis 9:11-16

11 fI establish my covenant with you, that never again shall all flesh be cut off by the waters of the flood, and never again shall there be a flood to destroy the earth.” 12And God said, gThis is the sign of the covenant that I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for all future generations: 13I have set hmy bow in the cloud, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between me and the earth. 14When I bring clouds over the earth and the bow is seen in the clouds, 15 iI will remember my covenant that is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh. And the waters shall never again become a flood to destroy all flesh. 16When the bow is in the clouds, I will see it and remember jthe everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is on the earth.”

Psalms 104:9

Isaiah 55:11

11so shall my word be that goes out from my mouth;
it shall not return to me empty,

and shall succeed in the thing for which I sent it.

Jeremiah 31:35-36

35 Thus says the Lord,
who qgives the sun for light by day
and rthe fixed order of the moon and the stars for light by night,
who stirs up the sea so that its waves roar
sthe Lord of hosts is his name:
36 tIf this fixed order departs
from before me, declares the Lord,
then shall the offspring of Israel cease
from being a nation before me forever.”

Jeremiah 33:20-26

20 uThus says the Lord: vIf you can break my covenant with the day and my covenant with the night, wso that day and night will not come at their appointed time, 21 xthen also my covenant with David my servant may be broken, so that he shall not have a son to reign on his throne, and my covenant with the Levitical priests my ministers. 22As ythe host of heaven cannot be numbered and zthe sands of the sea cannot be measured, so I will multiply the offspring of David my servant, and the Levitical priests who minister to me.”

23The word of the Lord came to Jeremiah: 24“Have you not observed that these people are saying, ‘The Lord has rejected the two clans that he chose’? Thus they have despised my people so that they are no longer a nation in their sight. 25Thus says the Lord: aaIf I have not established my covenant with day and night and the fixed order of heaven and earth, 26then I will reject the offspring of Jacob and David my servant and will not choose one of his offspring to rule over the offspring of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. abFor I will restore their fortunes and will have mercy on them.”
