21 He drank of the wine and became drunk and lay uncovered in his tent.

1 ^aWine is a mocker, ^bstrong drink a brawler,
and whoever ^cis led astray by it is not wise. ^{▼▼Or will not become wise}

11 Woe to those who ^erise early in the morning,
that they may run after strong drink,
who tarry late into the evening
as wine inflames them!

6 ^fwho drink wine in bowls
and ^ganoint themselves with the finest oils,
but are not grieved over the ruin of Joseph!

18 And ^hdo not get drunk with wine, for that is ⁱdebauchery, but ^jbe filled with the Spirit,
