Genesis 9:4

4But you shall not eat flesh with its alife, that is, its blood.

Leviticus 17:11-12

11 bFor the life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it for you on the altar cto make atonement for your souls, dfor it is the blood that makes atonement by the life. 12Therefore I have said to the people of Israel, No person among you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger who sojourns among you eat blood.

Deuteronomy 12:23

23 eOnly be sure that you do not eat the blood, ffor the blood is the life, and you shall not eat the life with the flesh.
