Hebrews 1:1-2

The Supremacy of God’s Son

1Long ago, at many times and ain many ways, God spoke to our fathers by the prophets, 2but bin these last days che has spoken to us by dhis Son, whom he appointed ethe heir of all things, fthrough whom also he created gthe world.

Hebrews 1:5-6

5For to which of the angels did God ever say,

h“You are my Son,
today I have begotten you”?
Or again,

i“I will be to him a father,
and he shall be to me a son”?
 6And again, when he brings jthe firstborn into the world, he says,

k“Let all God’s angels worship him.”

Hebrews 7:3

3He is without father or mother lor genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but resembling the Son of God he continues a priest forever.

1 John 2:23

23 mNo one who denies the Son has the Father. Whoever confesses the Son has the Father also.

1 John 3:8

8 nWhoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was oto destroy the works of the devil.

1 John 4:9

9In this the love of God was made manifest among us, that pGod sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him.

14And qwe have seen and testify that rthe Father has sent his Son to be the Savior of sthe world. 15 tWhoever confesses that Jesus is the Son of God, God abides in him, and he in God.

1 John 5:9-13

9 uIf we receive the testimony of men, the testimony of God is greater, for this is the testimony of God vthat he has borne concerning his Son. 10Whoever believes in the Son of God whas the testimony in himself. Whoever does not believe God xhas made him a liar, ybecause he has not believed in the testimony that God has borne concerning his Son. 11And this is the testimony, that God gave us zeternal life, and aathis life is in his Son. 12 abWhoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life.

That You May Know

13I write acthese things to you who adbelieve in the name of the Son of God, that you may know that you have eternal life.

1 John 5:20

20And we know that the Son of God has come and aehas given us understanding, so that we may know afhim who is true; and we are in him who is true, in his Son Jesus Christ. He is the true God and ageternal life.

2 John 9

9Everyone who goes on ahead and does not abide in the teaching of Christ, ahdoes not have God. Whoever abides in the teaching aihas both the Father and the Son.
