Hebrews 7:18-19

18For on the one hand, a former commandment is set aside abecause of its weakness and uselessness 19(for bthe law made nothing perfect); but on the other hand, ca better hope is introduced, through which dwe draw near to God.

Hebrews 9:8-9

8By this the Holy Spirit indicates that ethe way into the holy places is not yet opened as long as the first section is still standing 9(which is symbolic for the present age).
Or  which is symbolic for the age then present
According to this arrangement, gifts and sacrifices are offered gthat cannot perfect the conscience of the worshiper,

Hebrews 9:25

25Nor was it to offer himself repeatedly, as hthe high priest enters ithe holy places every year with blood not his own,

Hebrews 10:3-4

3But jin these sacrifices kthere is a reminder of sins every year. 4For lit is impossible for the blood of bulls and goats to take away sins.

Hebrews 10:11-18

11And every priest stands mdaily at his service, noffering repeatedly the same sacrifices, owhich can never take away sins. 12But when Christ
Greek this one
had offered for all time a single sacrifice for sins, he qsat down at the right hand of God,
13waiting from that time runtil his enemies should be made a footstool for his feet. 14For by a single offering she has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.

15And the Holy Spirit also bears witness to us; for after saying,

16 tThis is the covenant that I will make with them
after those days, declares the Lord:
I will put my laws on their hearts,
and write them on their minds,”
17then he adds,

u“I will remember their sins and their lawless deeds no more.”
18Where there is forgiveness of these, there is no longer any offering for sin.
